If you intend to make it on the weekend, not to worry. Here is a recipe for crispy and crunchy fried tofu.
- 1 large white tofu
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp broth powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp flour
- 50 ml of ice water
- The oil for frying

Cut the white tofu into small dice.
Mix salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, coriander powder, bouillon powder, and baking powder in a bowl. Stir well.
Add cornstarch and flour to a bowl. Stir well until the spices mix with the flour.
Add ice water little by little to the bowl while continuing to stir until the mixture is mixed and forms a thick paste.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip the tofu into the flour mixture, make sure the tofu is evenly coated with the flour mixture.
